We are including two other brochures which discuss the topics of Canine Cough and Feline Upper Respiratory Infection. These are conditions which can be contracted while boarding but can as easily be contracted wherever dogs or cats come together or inhabit a common area where they are able to breathe the same air as other dogs or cats.

Although we require that pets be vaccinated against these conditions, no vaccination provides protection against all the microbes which can cause them. Although we will notify pet owners if their pet exhibited signs of these conditions while boarding, there is an incubation period between when a pet may have contracted the conditon and when they start showing signs of it. Therefore a pet may not begin showing signs until they arrive home. For such instances, we make these brochures available on our website for your convenience.
